The Power of Now

Started reading 'The Power of Now' by Eckhart Tolle. Also flipped thru 'God loves fun' by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. Both talk about same thing. We are beyond our mind. When Descartes said - 'I think, therefore I am', he gave undue importance to mind. And generations got focussed on how we must control our mind, use it etc. Both Sri Sri and Eckhart talk about internal stillness. More about these in coming days.
